How the process works

2. Apply for the grant
We apply to the court for the Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration.
3. Settle the estate
Assets are collected, debts and taxes are paid, and accounts are prepared.
4. Distribute
The remaining estate is transferred to the beneficiaries.
