We are a team of independent estate planners authorised to represent Rockwills Corporation Sdn Bhd and its related companies, including Rockwills Trustee Berhad and as-Salihin Trustee Berhad. When you engage a Rockwills product, your information is also handled under Rockwills' own privacy and personal data policies.

02Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, preferred language and anything you tell us in an enquiry form, WhatsApp message, phone call or consultation — for example details about your family, assets and wishes.

Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as your browser type, device, pages visited and the time of your visit. This helps us understand how the website is used and keep it working well.

The virtual assistant and the free tools on this website (Legacy Health Check and Retirement Calculator) run in your browser. Your answers are not stored or sent to us unless you choose to contact us.

To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation; to understand your needs and recommend suitable will, trust, hibah or estate planning services; to prepare documents with Rockwills on your behalf; to send reminders such as will reviews, if you agree; and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
